** What you’ll do**
- As an In Work Mentor in our team you’ll:

- Be on the ground, providing hands-on coaching and guidance at the workplace.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with participants and employers.
- Create personalised retention plans that keep participants thriving at work.-
- **What you’ll bring**- A knack for building rapport with a variety of people, with a considered and friendly communication style.
- An ability to think on your feet and offer practical solutions.
- Organised and reliable approach, with a knack for juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.- (You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate - but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)- ** Bonus points for**- Experience in a customer service, retail, hospitality or employment support setting.
