Backlane Bar is on hunt for an experienced cocktail bartender. We're looking for fun and unique individuals (like our drinks).

**Position**: Cocktail Bartender

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails and beverages with precision and creativity, adhering to our high-quality standards.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and creating memorable experiences.
- Stay updated with the latest beverage and mixology trends, incorporating new techniques and ingredients into our menu offerings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Demonstrate versatility by assisting with barista duties as needed, including preparing coffee and espresso-based beverages.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, multitasking between serving customers, preparing drinks, and handling transactions.
- Uphold the reputation of Backlane Bar as a premier destination for exceptional cocktails and customer service.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Experience of working as a bartender in a similar setting.
- Passion for mixology and a keen interest in exploring new beverage trends and techniques.
- Availability to work weekends and evenings, as per the needs of the business.
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, punctuality, and ambition to excel in a dynamic hospitality environment.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere, collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional service.
- Barista skills are a plus, but not required.
- Must be well-presented and maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
