We are looking for enthusiastic housekeepers to come and join us here at the Terminus.

Terminus Apartment Hotel offers 50 supremely comfortable serviced apartments bursting with personality, space and ample light. We boast immaculate accommodation with water views out your window and the best of Newcastle on your doorstep. Beaches are a short stroll away, as are art galleries, museums, coffee, shopping, cocktails - you name it, it's here

The goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests that will become a critical factor in maintaining and strengthening our reputation.

We are known for our 5 star service and looking for housekeepers who can upkeep these standards.

**Our Team**:
Our housekeeping team is a great team of women who know how to get the job done, with some being with us for many years. As you learn the ropes of the hotel, you are in amazing hands with them and will learn the ways to deliver top tier 5 star service to our guests and see why we are the best in the area.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Thoroughly clean all sections of the guest rooms, such as changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces, all to ensure an exceptional first impression
- Work diligently within the established guidelines to achieve the impeccable standards we hold dear
- Maintain and restock housekeeping trolleys, keeping them organised and well equipped
- Use cleaning materials with care and adhere to safety protocols to ensure a secure environment
- Respect guest privacy and security, upholding our commitment to their comfort
- Report maintenance issues promptly, showing your dedication to a flawless experience

**About You**:

- Available to work at least 2 shifts a week ( including weekends, start time of 8am)
- Previous experience as a cleaner or room attendant is a plus
- Your communication style is warm and welcoming where guests and team members alike feel right at home around you
- You have an eye for detail and work efficiently, managing your time well and taking pride in your tasks
- You enjoy a physical role, navigating between rooms may involve using internal and external staircases and open pathways
- You embrace collaborating with colleagues from various backgrounds
- Reliable transportation and availability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $26.00 - $39.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
