**Complete Care Team** aims to provide a holistic, wellness model of attendant care for people in the community with high support needs.

We prioritise all aspects of our client's needs - the physical, emotional, spiritual and social to promote wellness.

Our highly respected company was established in 1999, to provide a quality, home based, person-centred service which puts clients at the centre of the decision making and planning process to help identify and achieve their goals.

Our **Greater Western Region** office is looking for AINs and disability support workers to support our clients in the Upper Blue Mountains - Blackheath, Leura and Wentworth Falls.

We are looking for applicants who:

- have strong communication skills
- are confident and comfortable with a diverse client base
- have experience with, or a sound understanding of, person centred care
- are confident working independently and with a team

Duties vary depending on client needs but may include:

- personal care
- community access
- clinical care
- domestic support

Experience and an understanding of person centred care is advantageous however training will be provided for all successful applicants.

A current first aid certificate, Working with Children Check and NDISWC are essential. A driver's licence and registered vehicle are necessary to meet our client's care needs.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $32.00 - $34.00 per hour
