Due to increase of business, we have a full time **Customer Experience Agent** **and Vehicle Detailer positions** available to work at our **Bathurst & Lithgow branch**. Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- **Serving our valued customers at the counter**:

- **Ensuring all aspects of quality control are delivered, including presentation of counter/s, paperwork and fleet**:

- **Answering calls and making reservations**:

- **Some vehicle cleaning**:

- **General office duties & Banking**

As a **Customer Experience Agent**you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of customer relationships both in the corporate and discretionary commercial and vehicle rental markets. Your understanding of customer needs and ability to deliver exceptional service will ensure success.

To perform the role effectively, you will possess the following attributes:

- **CAR RENTAL EXPERIENCE IS PREFERABLE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL**:

- **CONFIDENT COMMUNICATION IS ESSENTIAL**:

- **Ability to gauge customer needs and utilise appropriate sales skills.**:

- Ability to work at multiple locations when needed
- Accountability and a strong work ethic
- A strong desire to exceed customers' expectations
- Ability to identify and solve problems
- Commitment to high standards and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Passion for the vital role you play within the team and company and importantly flexibility of working hours and days with some weekend work.
- Willing to travel and work between branches
- Hold a current non-restricted drivers licence and able to drive manual

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
