What will you do?

In this position you will join our Transport Leadership Team, and will lead our Roads Practice where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that ‘Bring Ideas to Life’ for our clients. With a focus on growing our Roads business, we are actively recruiting for those passionate about working collaboratively and building on technical knowledge. This broad role will see you winning new business, fostering long-lasting client relationships, and mentoring and coaching your team whilst promoting a culture of technical excellence.

Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’:

- Set the strategy, vision and direction for the Roads Practice
- Business development through building client relationships, promoting capability, developing business strategy, and co-ordinating with other technical leads regionally and globally
- Provide leadership, mentoring and development of the Roads Practice
- Monitor and manage the team’s utilisation
- Monitor the Roads projects through governance practices
- Support inter-disciplinary relationships and collaborate with other internal teams.
