**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are currently seeking
**Civil**
**Superintendents **to join our growing team based in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. You will be responsible for managing the project execution and delivery, providing advice and support to our Civil Projects team, whilst utilising your experience in concrete structures, HDPE piping, bulk and detailed earthworks, road construction and drainage to deliver a quality product for Warrikal and its clients. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing labour, tooling, equipment, and materials for the duration of the works
- Managing the project health and safety performance by leading by example and ensuring all works are conducted in line with the project HSE management plan
- Providing technical support for the project team
- Ensuring compliance with client QAQC requirements, as well as Company policies, plans and procedures
- Planning, scheduling, and coordinating day to day works
- Overseeing planned work scopes and ensuring job completion is constructed in accordance with relevant specifications and procedures.
- Coordinating with the Project Manager and Warrikal Planning team to ensure work crews are adequately resourced to complete their jobs safely
- Promoting a positive culture by leading by example, coaching, and mentoring supervisors and engineers
- Liaising with clients, Warrikal management and all other project staff.
- Attending weekly client progress meetings and maintaining a positive relationship with the client

**ABOUT YOU**
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Superintendent or Leadership role (civil works)
- Appointed Persons - Section 44 training or related
- Certificate IV in Frontline Management is advantageous
- Autonomous worker who can adapt and work flexibly with business requirements
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal employees
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Ability to interpret and follow design models and engineering drawings
- Proficient in the full MS Office Suite
- Commitment to safe work habits and our core values
