**The Position**:
The Workshop Planner is a newly created role to assist streamline our new machinery builds Nationally. Workshop Team, this role is responsible for supporting the workshop leaders with the planning, delivery and execution of all new job requests and being the conduit between the Parts, Workshop & Sales teams nationally.

This position is located in Truganina and offered as full-time permanent position. After initial training we will offer a hybrid WFH/Office arrangement.

**What will you be doing?**
- Work directly with the Workshop Leaders and Sales team to ensure jobs are correct against quotes.
- Order parts in advance of jobs being commenced and PO’s for contractors are raised.
- Order data plates where possible prior to builds being commenced.
- Enter and update system records and ensure compliance activities are completed.
- Providing regular updates to our key stakeholder and generate reports as required.

**About You**:

- Experience within the mechanical or similar industry
- Experience working in a planning or advisory role.
- Highly organised and reliable with strong problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Enjoy working autonomously.
- Working experience of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and planning software.
