**Spa Attendant - Crown Perth**

- As our Spa Attendant your duties will involve ensuring that all treatment rooms and spa areas are clean and tidy at all times. As the Crown Spa is a consistently busy environment, strong time management is essential as you will need to be in and out of treatment rooms for set up and pack down in a timely manner. As you will be walking through the Spa areas, you will also need to deliver exceptional service to our clients and be able assist with any queries.

**Additional duties include**:

- Setting up and maintaining our Spa Treatment rooms to ensure they are set up for the next appointment
- Organising amenities and ensuring towels are available for every treatment room
- Maintaining all Spa areas to ensure they are neat and tidy
- Tracking the Spa schedule in terms of appointments and room allocations
- Greeting guests and clients and ensuring they receive a warm welcome
- Consistent communication with the team ensuring a smooth transition process from one appointment to the next

**To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following**:

- Previous experience in a similar position in a Hotel or Spa Environment
- Strong organisation skills and ability to multi task
- Strong attention to detail and productive time management skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Flexible availability to work across a 7-day rotational roster
