We are presently expanding our team and are in search of an individual with the right passion and values to join our esteemed team at Coffee Guru Mittagong. Our establishment operates seven days a week, and we require someone with availability on both weekdays and weekends, as needed.
- Exceptional Barista skills coupled with a fervent dedication to delivering outstanding coffee to each and every customer.
- A proven track record of providing high-quality customer service and consistently exceeding expectations.

Key responsibilities for this role encompass, but are not restricted to:

- Maintaining a steadfast focus on serving exceptional coffee and upholding exemplary customer service standards.
- Assisting with various front-of-house service requirements within the café.
- Actively soliciting customer feedback and implementing necessary changes to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Upholding impeccable cleanliness standards throughout the establishment.
