William Adams has an extremely successful CAT Rental StoreTM operation. We rent Caterpillar products to the construction, mining, quarrying, agricultural, and marine markets. Due to growth in Tasmania, there is an opportunity to join our team in Hobart on a full time, permanent basis.

This is a customer focused hands-on role, working as part of an enjoyable team environment with great variety within the day. The role leads our daily Hobart branch end-to-end process of equipment and machine rentals. This includes daily customer service, administration, and the preparation of machines in readiness for rent. The rental team require a proactive and enthusiastic team player to support and continue building relationships with our long-standing, new and returning customers.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**Key responsibilities and daily activities will be**:

- Provide superior customer service, responding to customer equipment requirements in a timely manner
- Prepare and clean machines ready for rental
- Build and maintain customer relationships with an ever-expanding customer base
- Coordinating machines in readiness for Rent and logistics
- Providing a positive value add customer experience that will differentiate The Cat Rental Store from our competition
- Managing all rental agreements
- Managing machine servicing, preparation, delivery and transport

**ABOUT YOU**

**You will be able to demonstrate the following skills, attributes and experience**:

- Passion for customer service excellence demonstrating a desire to be the 'Customer Needs'
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to organise and work with changing priorities
- Strong computer literacy
- Previous experience in a coordination role with direct contact with customers
- Exposure to the Construction, Earthmoving, or Mining industries (desirable)
- Be energetic, a high achiever, can make a positive impact and add value
