**The opportunity**
Due to continued success and growth, we are seeking and experienced
**Account Manager** to continue the growth of our business and brand in
**Perth**.

This role will focus on fostering our existing client base along with new clients by building and maintaining key relationships to increase market presence and help achieve financial growth.

Working as part of the wider AWX team you will have the chance to travel to some remote client sites and our Head Office in Brisbane occasionally.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will;
- Manage a portfolio of loyal Blue Collar clients in Perth and some Regional areas.
- Continue to identify key players and new business opportunities.
- Develop sustainable relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Maintain database accuracy and general administration.

**What do you need?**
This role requires a person who thinks outside the square and has entrepreneurial flair.
- Ability to 'bounce' and be flexible in your decision making.
- Motivated, autonomous and results driven
- Proven experience in a Sales/Business Development role
- Persistence, perseverance and positivity to achieve the desired outcome
