**About the role**

We are seeking experienced Lead and Assistant and casual Educators to join our fabulous team. If you believe in the magic of childhood and are inspired by nature Seedlings & Co is the place for you

We have a strong mentoring program that will support all Educator's new and existing to reach their potential. We take talent from within our company to develop leaders and future directors.
- Ensure high quality practice through PD and guided feedback.
- Develop, implement and evaluate daily care routines and implement planning cycles
- Sensitive and responsive to children's needs and interests;
- Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework;
- Ability to ensure confidentiality, professionalism and discretion is maintained;
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculums in line with the service philosophy
- Establish and maintain positive parent and educators relationships and contribute to robust and reflective workplace culture
- experience in inclusion support and positive behaviour guidance.

**Skills and experience**

Eligible applicants MUST hold the appropriate qualifications as well as hold a current Working with Children Check, First Aid Certificate and CPR certificate.

**Salary**: $45,742.00 - $60,000.00 per year
