**About the role**

We are seeking a full time employee OR two part time employees to join our team. You will work a 9 day fortnight with one pre set RDO each fortnight. The centre is open Monday to Friday 7am to 6.30pm, you must be available to fill shifts between these hours each day.

**Responsibilities of the role**
- Use a wide range of teaching methods (stories, media, indoor or outdoor games, drawing ect) to enhance children's learning and abilities
- Follow a full schedule of activities and routines
- Creating and maintaining an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive and effective learning environment
- Creating and maintaining excellent relationships with children, families and other team members
- Ensuring compliance with routines, policies, processes and practices

**Skills, experience and requirements**

We're looking for an educator with the following skills
- A desire to wok with children and demonstrated capacity to enhance their experiences
- Genuine interest in working with children and the desire to work with children
- An ability to work cohesively with a small team
- Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services (or studying)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proven willingness to learn and improve
- Passion, enthusiasm and strong commitment to high quality care
- Current Working with Children check, First-Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training

**Salary**: $29.00 - $34.00 per hour
