**About the Opportunity**
The Web Portal team is seeking an energetic and customer focused Web Portal Consultant to build on existing customer relationships by encouraging, leading and convert customers to our use customer self-service platform. Lactalis is a flexible work place and in this role we are happy to support 60% office, 40% from home working balance.
Reporting to the eCommerce Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding new customers onto the current platform and the new customer service portal when this is rolled out. You will also be required to offer ongoing support to users on how to use both platforms for instance how to place orders and accessing their key information.
- A proven track record in a customer service/call centre/helpdesk environment in the FMCG industry
- Experience using SAP & Salesforce (desirable)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer centric mindset
- High sense of urgency
