- Lead the delivery and facilitation of a diverse range of cultural, social, educational, and empowerment-based programs to young people. Utilise an education pedagogy lens in maximising young people learning and insight.
- Lead tough conversations with young people, outlining non-negotiables when participating in programs. Build change readiness of clients through motivational interviewing strategies and positive reinforcement.
- Maintain accurate and detailed case notes of all client interactions, ensuring case notes are written from the perspective of clients in their voice.
