Engage Construction is an Eastern Suburbs based builder specialising in remedial projects and high-end residential renovations. Our work ranges from façades, balconies, roofing, and structural repairs through to detailed architectural renovations.

With steady growth and a strong pipeline of work, we are looking for an experienced **Skilled Labourer (All-Rounder)** to join our team and support site delivery on live projects. This hands-on role blends remedial trade work with general building tasks, making it a great opportunity for someone ready to broaden their skills and take the next step in their career.

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist trades and site supervisors with day-to-day site tasks.
- Carry out remedial works across façades, balconies, roofing, and structural elements.
- Demolition and preparation works
- Basic formwork and concreting
- Caulking and sealant works
- General remedial repairs
- Operate power tools and handle materials, equipment, and deliveries.
- Maintain site safety, compliance, and high-quality workmanship.
- Keep sites clean, organised, and tools/materials properly stored.
- Work closely with tradespeople and contractors to ensure smooth operations.

**What we're looking for**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or remedial works.
- Valid White Card.
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour.
- Ability to work safely and independently without constant supervision.
- Strong practical skills and confidence using tools and equipment.
- Punctual, reliable, and flexible with tasks.
- Team player who communicates well and works effectively with others.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and problem-solve on the go.
- Professional, respectful, and courteous with clients.
- Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle suitable for carrying tools and materials.
- Own collection of hand and power tools.
