**Functional Consultant**:
As a Functional Consultant, you'll be the domain expert, translating business requirements into a comprehensive data governance strategy. You'll work directly with stakeholders to understand their data management and compliance needs, then design a Purview solution that meets those goals.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead **requirements gathering** workshops to understand business needs and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Design and define a Purview solution, including **data classification policies**, retention rules, and lifecycle management.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive **data governance strategy**, including establishing a data catalog and business glossary.
- Provide training and support to end-users and data stewards to ensure successful adoption.
- Create and maintain essential documentation like functional specifications and user guides.

**What We're Looking For**:

- A strong understanding of **data governance principles** (metadata management, data cataloging, lineage).
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a consulting or service-oriented environment.

**Technical Consultant**:
As a Technical Consultant, you'll be the hands-on expert responsible for the successful deployment and configuration of Purview. You'll build and optimise the technical solution, ensuring it integrates seamlessly with existing data sources and security tools.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deploy the Microsoft Purview solution, integrating it with various **data sources and platforms** (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse).
- Configure data classification, sensitivity labeling, and **data loss prevention (DLP) policies**.
- Develop **automation workflows** using PowerShell or Python to streamline governance processes.
- Align Purview with other Microsoft security tools like Microsoft Sentinel and Defender.
- Monitor platform health, troubleshoot technical issues, and support production deployments.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Deep, hands-on experience with **Microsoft Purview** and other Azure services.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like **PowerShell or Python** for automation.
- Knowledge of data security frameworks and zero-trust security models.
- Experience with data integration, ETL pipelines, and data modeling.
- Relevant Microsoft Azure or Microsoft 365 certifications (e.g., SC-400).

**What's On Offer**:
