Our client, a leading baggage handling and travel services company, is looking for a Retail Store Manager to join their team at Perth Airport.

**About the Role**:
As Retail Store Manager, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction within the branch. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team, drive sales initiatives, and uphold the highest standards of safety and service. You'll play a vital role in maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing day-to-day operations, and fostering a positive work environment.

- Track record of success in retail management
- Ability to work a flexible roster, including early morning, afternoon, and night shifts as well as weekends.
- Current Driver’s License.

**Primary Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership and Development**:

- Recruit, hire, and train qualified staff members.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to ensure team members reach their full potential.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.

**Operational Excellence**:

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and procedures.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and facility maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity.

**Client Relations and Sales Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients and contract managers.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute sales initiatives to achieve targets and KPIs.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

**Communication and Reporting**:

- Effectively communicate company standards, goals, and expectations to team members.
- Liaise with management on operational issues, staffing needs, and performance metrics.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on sales performance, operational metrics, and customer feedback.

**Customer Service Excellence**:

- Always ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Lead by example in providing personalized and attentive service to every customer interaction.
