We are currently on the lookout for a Store Manager to join our client's busy store located in Fyshwick This position would suit someone who is keen to lead a team and who has an understanding of the hydraulics industry
- Complete schedules and assign duties and responsibilities to the store's staff.
- Train new employees and provide continuing education and training to current employees.
- Manage store inventory.
- Excellent communication skills.
- People skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Be able to read and understand sales data.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with a high level of confidence.
