**The opportunity**
- A vibrant personality with the genuine drive to connect, put on a show and have fun
- Creativity and the ability to prepare beverages suited to the mood and tastes of the customer
- Extensive knowledge of bartending techniques and sound knowledge of wine, spirits and craft beers
- Leadership experience with a strong focus on fostering a constructive and collaborative culture
- High presentation standards for both you and your work
- Availability to work hours required in hospitality including nights, weekends and Public Holidays (essential)
- Current RSA and RCG certificates (essential).
