We are seeking our next front office superstar who is passionate about customer service to join our dedicated team as an **Assistant Manager.**

Staff accommodation available

Shift times - 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm (occasionally 11pm-7am shift)

**A little about the role**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the property
- Work with guests and assist with providing solutions to any challenges that may arise with dignity and respect.
- Lead your team members offering a supportive environment where they can learn and build their skills.
- Be genuine and bring your ‘true self’ to each shift.
- Assist in the preparation of rosters and use Excel on a daily basis

**A little about you**:

- Have a vibrant and outgoing personality, enjoy a conversation and getting to know your team and the guests.
- Be an ambassador for the hotel and Accor at all times
- The flexibility to work a range of shifts
- Be able to demonstrate past leadership experience within a hotel environment
- Knowledge of Sihot PMS advantageous but not a must
- You have previous experience in a Front Office hospitality role
