**Teaching and Learning Coordinator (K-4)**:
**Position Description**:
The Teaching and Learning Coordinator (K-4) will be an excellent Christian educator who is committed to the ethos of independent Christian education and an active member of their local church. They will play a central role in the curriculum management and leadership of the College as part of a curriculum team, headed by the Director of Teaching and Learning. As a unit the combined roles of the curriculum team complement each other providing collective leadership, with each member allocated specific roles.
