**The Position**:

- Provide hands on leadership and management support at an operational level
- Assist in the day-to-day operation of services in an airport lounge environment
- Monitor and ensure food quality, service standards & initiatives, food & workplace safety, management systems, processes & procedures are implemented, measured and maintained to the highest standards.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans to achieve ongoing improvements
- Liaise with the client located on site regularly to ensure we are providing the best service at the highest standard
- Attract, develop and retain the best talent in the industry through continuous improvement and training

**The Person**:

- Current or previous Managerial experience in a premium Hospitality setting
- Good Financial Acumen and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with superior customer service skills
- Strong work ethic - willing to learn and be part of a fast paced dynamic team
- Great energy, flexible approach and immaculate presentation
- Ability to build business relationships with existing clients at a senior executive level.
- Strong and decisive leadership skills with ability to build and train effective and engaged teams
- Excellent knowledge of Food & Beverage

**_An ASIC security clearance will be required (We will provide)_**
