Support all the activities for the effective implementation of HSE management system.
- Maintain relevant licenses required by the local government for the facility operations.
- Coordinate the fire protection system maintenance and the required licensing.
- Liaising with relevant governmental bodies as required.
- Ensure work activities comply to local regulations and company policies.
- Conduct Risk Assessments with operations for work activities.
- Identify hazards in workplace and ensure that control measures are in place.
- Ensure that incidents (e.g. near hit, property damages, personnel injuries) are reported.
- Coordinate with relevant parties to conduct incident investigation and root cause analysis. Review and ensure that corrective and preventive actions are duly implemented.
- Identify near hits and ensure corrective measures are taken.
- Monitor non conformances and its closing status.
- Provide/arrange HSE training as instructed.
- Ensure all observation cards are properly submitted into the system, tracked and completed.
- Conduct safety and housekeeping inspections.
- Provide support for Toolbox Talk.
- Monitor lifting equipment inspection status and update.
- Provide HSE Induction training for new employees.
- Maintain HSE Statistics and report to relevant parties.
- Participate and assist local management with the conduct of monthly safety meeting.
- Update and disseminate emergency response procedures.
- Control of company HSE documents and records.
- Any other duties as reasonably requested by HSE Manager and local management.
- Support Facility HSE Representative Program.
- Support Company Environment, Social and Governance practices and reporting.Review and ensure that only approved chemical (with relevant SDS) is used in the facility.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Certified ISO 45001 auditor.
- 1 - 3 years’ experience in related field with a demonstrated record of successful management.
- Good communication skill.
- Familiar with local legislation.
- Should be familiar with managing workover claims and Return to Work Programs.
- Ability to work independently.
