**Responsibilities**
- Provide accurate and timely advice to all stakeholders.
- Support investigations, disciplinary matters, and enterprise negotiations.
- Facilitate recruitment and support annual People & Culture activities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant HR legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including union representatives and employee groups.
- Accurately capture data and support reporting requirements.
- Contribute to process improvements and stay updated on contemporary HR practices.
**What You Will Need to Succeed**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of two years in an HR advisory role within a medium to large organisation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration and trust.
- Knowledge of contemporary HR practices and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to review processes and suggest improvements.
