We are looking for an experienced barista passionate about coffee to join our team in Eastwood.
- At least one year’s barista experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- A love for people and natural customer service skills
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn

**Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:

- Preparation of coffee to the Allpress standard
- Delivering genuine and efficient service to each and every customer
- Running food and drinks promptly and ensuring the floor is running smoothly at all times
- Maintaining high standards of cleaning and hygiene practices
- Managing stock and maintaining organised workspaces
- Operating efficient breakfast and lunch service to dine-in and takeaway customers
- Taking customer orders and managing transactions via POS (we currently use Lightspeed)
- Opening and closing the cafe
