We are established family-owned bakery making all our baked goods on-site from scratch each day, built on a passion for retail, dedication, and a commitment to making our customers experience more enjoyable every time. We are a one stop for all bakery needs for a costumer.

We are now seeking for full time, experienced Baker with a passion for baking techniques to join our team in Mango Hill Queensland.
- Planning, organising, preparing, and baking of bread loaves and rolls, buns, cakes, biscuits, and pastry goods as detailed in our menu of products.
- Mixing, cutting, moulding, and shaping dough and pastry goods and preparing pastry fillings
- Operating ovens to produce consistent, high quality bakery products.
- Ensuring that oven temperatures and time is in accordance with the type of product to be baked and baked items meet company standards.
- Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar etc. and make appropriate orders within budget
- Maintaining quality and quantity control in accordance with established standards
- Working with other Bakers and the Production Manager to ensure a high standard of the product quality and range is achieved
- Collaborating effectively with colleagues in a Bakery Department while also excelling independently
- Cleaning and maintaining bakery machinery and equipment while adhering to safety protocol
- Adhere to all OH & Safety standard

**About You**
- At least 2 years’ experience working in a similar role
- Australian trade certificate in baking
- A real passion for quality and consistency
- Sound knowledge of all aspects of food safety and hygiene
- Be punctual, reliable and have good organisation skills

**Job Details**

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
