**Garage Grind** have a rewarding career opportunity for an
**Barista/All-Rounder **to join our vibrant collaborative team. Part of Autoleague Midland, our café is a modified 20 feet sea container situated at Midland Kia.

**No Sunday and Public holiday work needed**, enjoy these days off with friends and family

**No Experience? No Worries** If you are a team player and willingness to learn, we'll provide support and training to suit

**YOU**
- Providing exceptional customer experience
- Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments.
- Selling and making coffee and tea blends, highlighting the differences between items and educating customers about brewing methods.
- Heating/ grilling food, making shakes and smoothies.
- Servicing ice creams/ cool drinks and other products.
- Ensuring cleanliness of the café, sitting area and around the café area at all times.
- Learning about brewing methods and presentation techniques to improve service quality.
- Updating signage and displays to attract customers.
- Stocktake, stock ordering and replenishing items in display cases, at tables, or behind the counter.
- Opening and closing the café as per requirement.
- Working in as part of a fun, high-energy team.
- Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
- Handling cash and finalising account end of day.
