**About the role**:
Reporting to the Purchasing and Planning Manager, a great opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join and support our Lubricants team across all functions of Purchasing & Planning, Warehouse & Distribution and Operations.

**Key responsibilities;**
- Reconciling and processing invoices for payment
- Maintaining pricing records in SAP
- Purchase requisition/ purchase order management for non-stock items
- EOM duties including accruals
- Producing and compiling reports
- Processing paperwork, filing and archiving duties

**Skills and experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- High attention to detail
- Intermediate MS Office literacy skills
- SAP experience is desirable (not essential)
- An understanding of freight forwarding is desirable (not essential)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Team orientated
