**The role** The role involves leading an early years kindergarten program and managing an experienced early years team in a beautiful kindergarten room. Key duties include:

- **Supervise and guide Early Years Educators**: Oversee the work of Early Years educators in your space.
- **Create Routines**: Set up effective daily routines and systems within the classroom.
- **Develop Curriculum**: Plan, carry out, and assess the children's learning within the educational program.
- **Work Together and collaboration**: Collaborate with leaders, coworkers, families, children, and the community.

**About you** We are looking for:

- **Minimum Qualification**: Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (0-8)
- **Dynamic Educator**: Love working in a busy kindergarten environment and confident in leading a team of experienced educators.
- **Curriculum Knowledge**: Familiarity with Victorian and National Curriculum Frameworks, National Quality Standards, and current regulations.
- **Clearances**: Valid VIT and Working with Children’s Check.
- **First Aid Certification**: Level 2 First Aid, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management and CPR**Requirements**:
