We are seeking a Superstar Gaming Supervisor for one of our busy venues located on the beachfront in beautiful Kingscliff.

As Gaming Supervisor, you will be keen to grow within the hospitality industry and be a solid support to the venue Licensee in managing all components of our gaming operations. Your love of gaming and focus on the customer experience will guarantee business success.

The Role:
Your role will involve all the gaming room essentials including;
- The day to day running of the VIP gaming lounge
- Reporting and back of house administration
- Cash handling
- Bartending
- Machine trouble shooting as well as training and developing the team
- Upholding a stellar experience for customers in the VIP gaming lounge

The primary role of Gaming Supervisor is to ensure a high standard of customer relations and service within the Gaming Room, whilst providing leadership, training, and motivation to all Gaming Attendants.

About You:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service
- Proven ability to work well under pressure
- Experience in conflict resolution
- Previous experience working within Gaming
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Services of Gambling (RSG) together with significant working experience
- Excellent grooming, and
- Proven reliability with the ability to work a rotational roster (including evenings, weekends, and public holidays)
