**THE OPPORTUNITY**

As part of our brand-new office based in **Tweed Heads**, you will help make a positive impact on someone’s life every day. You will feel great satisfaction knowing your talent and hard work has a purpose.

You will provide regular advice and coaching to Case Managers within our teams. You will also support the Team Leader and advise on adverse decisions relating to liability/work capacity/permanent impairment/weekly payment entitlements and communication of these decisions.

This will be a **Permanent** position based in the **Tweed Heads** office, with flexibility to work from home.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Coach a team of Case Managers and support the delivery of a world class customer experience
- Assess all technical considerations of compensation payments and liability determination
- Work within the legislative and regulatory environment to optimise outcomes for all stakeholders
- Understand the impact of initial eligibility under legislation in regard to benefits for injured workers and impact to stakeholders
- Participate and provide technical support in employer claims reviews

**ABOUT YOU**
- Strong technical experience in workers’ compensation claims
- Proven experience coaching & mentoring case managers in the workers compensation industry
- You have previous experience working as a case manager or a technical specialist background
- Tertiary studies in Allied Health or Legislation is desirable
