Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently searching for team members to kick start their career in the warehousing industry.

**Order Pickers Required**

Programmed are searching for team members to kick start their career in the warehousing industry. Located in Richlands. They also provide opportunities to grow in the warehousing and logistics industry, upskill and obtain a forklift licence with flexibility for both day and afternoon shifts on a casual basis.

**Your core responsibilities will include**:

- Accurately picking orders, using voice picking and RF scanning technology
- Safely operating pallet riders (electric pallet jacks)
- Manual handling of up to 20kgs
- Working with a highly motivated team dedicated to achieving results
- Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace
- Various other general warehousing duties when required

**_As a bonus, workers able to meet or exceed site KPI's will also be entitled to a High Performance Bonus on a weekly basis_**

**What are we looking for in applicants**:

- Previous order picking and warehousing experience will be beneficial but not essential
- A willingness to learn and develop new and existing skills
- Availability to commence ASAP
- Flexibility with availability
