**About the Role**
- Operate small and large road suction sweepers and other Council vehicles according to a daily schedule.
- Perform manual and mechanical street cleaning, including residential streets, retail centres, and laneways.
- Carry out hard waste pick-up, rubbish collection, and graffiti removal.
- Report city amenity issues via onboard computer systems.
- Maintain and operate equipment safely to prevent unnecessary wear and damage.
- Provide excellent customer service and project a positive image of the Council.
- Support additional city amenity tasks, including litter collection, weed control, and emergency response.
- Work occasional early morning or night shifts as required.

**Skills & Experience**
- Current motor vehicle licence.
- Medium Rigid (MR) truck licence (desirable).
- Experience operating mechanical street sweepers (desirable).
- Strong time management skills to meet scheduled work requirements.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
