**The Position**:
**_ We are seeking Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to join our care team at our newly acquired Lyrebird Village aged care home in Drouin Victoria. Positions can be negotiated on either a full-time or part-time basis. We have several vacancies for qualified and experienced PCA's. _**

**Requirements**:

- A relevant qualification for the position, or ability to aquire.
- A genuine interest for working in aged care.
- Well-developed customer service skills.
- An ability to communicate with a diverse range of people.
- A capacity to manage a diverse and demanding workload.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility for shift work.
