- ** Telstra Store in Toowoomba**: 1-7 Dent Street Shop GC108 Grand Central Shopping Centre, Toowoomba City QLD 4350
- ** Full Time Position Available**:

- ** Store Hours**: Monday to Wednesday 9.00am - 5.30pm, Thursday 9.00am - 8.00pm, Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm, Saturday 9.00am - 5.00pm, Sunday 10.00am - 4.00pm
- Must have **seven (7) day availability**:

- ** Someone who is looking for development progression and aspiring leader**:

- ** Preferably with Sales experience but not a must**

**Duties**
- Provide quality customer service to all customers
- Maximise sales by providing latest product and service information to our customers.
- Achieve sales and performance targets
- Ensure store presentation is in line with retail shop standards

**Skills and experience**
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Proven record of delivering great customer experiences
- Ability to solve complex problems
- Effective communication skills
- ** Previous experience in a consultative sales environment is highly advantageous**:

- ** The ability to speak fluently in another language is highly advantageous**
