**ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an exciting role that become available for an experienced and driven individual to join our Cotton On Kids team as a Buying Manager for our baby category. You will be responsible for managing and driving all aspects of product and buying for the brand, which includes ensuring stock levels are maintained, margins are met, budgets are managed and that production aligns with what our customers love. We will look to you to lead your Buying team to ensure they are able to effectively communicate with suppliers to ensure the production process is carried out with efficiency and in a timely manner. If you are someone with strong planning skills and the ability to coach and manage a team to help them succeed, then this could be the role for you.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree or relevant qualification in Buying, Business or Product Development
- Demonstrated 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience managing, coaching and developing a team
- Strong communication, planning and administrative skills
