**_ Position Objectives_**
- Customer Solutions Consultants (CSC’s) play a crucial role in ensuring a high level of customer service is provided in relation to the Australian Apprenticeship Support Services system. _
- Customer Solutions Consultants work as part of the national team of CSC’s providing advice, support and information to apprentices and employers along with administrative functions to ensure efficient and effective delivery. CSC’s also provide high levels of customer support to internal clients such as Apprenticeship Consultants and Mentoring & Career Specialists along with external stakeholders including but not limited to State Training Authorities and staff of Registered Training Organizations._

The Role entails:_**
- _ Performing a range of administrative tasks accurately and promptly_
- _ Communicating and liaising effectively with internal staff_

What we're looking for:_**
- _ Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude_
- _ Willingness to learn new systems and processes_
- _ Great attention to detail_
- _ Strong work ethic and commitment to a _**_12-month Traineeship_**:

- _ Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident_
- _ Ability to obtain and maintain a Working with Children Check and a National Police Check_
