Ten Minutes by Tractor is a highly regarded winery and restaurant on the Mornington Peninsula, located 1hr south of Melbourne city.

Our two-hatted, fine-dining restaurant is looking for experienced and ambitious **Front of House** **Superstars, Waiters**and **Sommeliers** who are ready to join our highly regarded professional team in providing an unmatched guest experience.

**You will describe yourself**:

- **Experienced Professional**: You should have proven experience in the hospitality industry, confidence in engaging with customers, and a keen eye for maintaining the highest service standards.
- **Desire to Succeed**:Both personally & professionally, and have the confidence to use your knowledge to voice ideas for continuous improvement.
- **Qualifications**: WSET Level 2 (or equivalent experience) is required, as well as a valid **RSA** and **Food Safety Certificate**.
- **Team Player**: We’re looking for someone with a collaborative mindset, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.
- **Availability & Transport**: Weekend availability is essential, and reliable transport is required.
- **Additional Advantage**: Knowledge of the Mornington Peninsula region and prior fine dining experience will be highly regarded, and advantageous in this role.

Full Australian Working Rights are required to be successful in this role.

Pay: $25.80 - $42.69 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
