**Job Title**: Female Disability Support Worker - Complex Needs (Part-Time)
**Location**: Aspley, Northside Brisbane QLD

**Job Type**: Part-time
**Schedule**:

- Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

**About the Role**

We are seeking a reliable, compassionate **female disability support worker** to assist a 19-year-old female participant with Autism Spectrum Disorder Level 3 and complex needs. You will provide high-quality, consistent care that supports independence, safety, and wellbeing.
- Please note: This is a female-only role, permitted under Section 27 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991 (QLD), as it involves personal care of a female participant._

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide person-centred care and daily living support in the participant’s home
- Build a trusting relationship while maintaining professional boundaries
- Encourage participation in community and meaningful activities
- Monitor wellbeing and report on progress against NDIS goals
- Work independently while maintaining accurate notes and communication
- Follow established routines and support plans

**What We're Looking For**
- Certificate III (or higher) in Disability or Individual Support
- Experience with ASD Level 3 and/or complex behavioural needs
- Strong communication skills, patience, and emotional resilience
- Current First Aid and CPR
- NDIS Worker Screening Check & Police Check
- Valid QLD Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
- Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation & Infection Control training
