**Full Job Description**

Custom Finishes Rendering & Plastering is looking for reliable, hard-working and motivated professional Renderers/Plasterers to join our enthusiastic team. Work location is across Sydney with our workshop based in Banksmeadow.

Our specialised services include but may not be limited to Rendering & Plastering, Specialist Artisan Finishes and Waterproofing (Master Builders Association). We specialise in high end finishes such as Microcement, Tadelakt, Natural and Polished Venetian plasters. We have vast experience in both Commercial and Residential projects, collaborating closely with all parties on projects from conception to completion._
- **Position Requirements**_
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role
- Specialised finish render experience preferred but not necessary as on the job training will be provided.
- Ability to produce high quality work
- Demonstrates good problem solving and communication skills
- Strong eye for detail
- Hardworking, reliable and punctual
- Be able to demonstrate the ability to work unsupervised
- Willing to learn new skills
- Must have Construction White Card
- Must have current Drivers License
- Must have basic tools, PPE & transport to sites.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Subcontract

**Salary**: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Overtime
- Shift work

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Rendering /Plastering: 3 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
