We are looking for confident and experienced Baristas, who have a passion and flair for making quality coffee.

Growth and opportunity is important to us here at Wests, so is recognising and appreciating our wonderful staff.

We pay above the award wage, provide your roster 3 weeks in advance and have many shifts and opportunities available to work with our awesome team.

**To be successful you will have the following**:

- Previous Barista experience
- Flexibility to work our operational hours including nights, weekends and public holidays
- An outstanding customer service personality, friendly and approachable
- Impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills
- Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- RSA & RCG Certificates
- Drivers Licence

You will make life long friendships while gaining experience and confidence in a positive and fun culture.
