**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Post-Sales and Office All-Rounder to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and has strong organizational and communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage post-sales contracts and ensure accurate documentation.
- Assist with customer onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Process payments and manage collection efforts to ensure timely transactions.
- Collection and follow-up on direct debit dishonors, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Provide and manage payment plans for customers, with regular follow-up to ensure compliance.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales and management teams.
- Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Experience in customer service, office administration, or accounts receivable is a plus.
- Must be available to work on Saturdays for the initial probationary period.

Pay: $21.38 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 48 per week
