Our company is seeking a Baker at Trulli Bakehouse. We sell pastries, cakes, breads, and gelati to both retail and wholesale customers. We craft all our products by hand, so attention to detail is paramount.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparation of cakes, biscuits, bases
- Working with both normal and gluten free flour
- Training of junior staff
- Ordering, maintenance of stock
- Creation of new items
- Costing
- Bread Making
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously
- Knowledge of Italian and French bread making preferable
- Preferred Cert III or higher in Bakery

Our area is roughly 1.45 hours southeast of Melbourne. It is extremely high volume in the summer months, due to several tourism destinations nearby.

Our company owns a bakery, restaurant and pantry. Sponsorship available if required.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- baking: 2 years (preferred)

Patisserie Qualification:

- Certificate III in Patisserie (preferred)
