We are growing rapidly and we’re looking for someone who shares this vision and wants to grow with us **WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR** We are looking for a part-time Store Associate with retail experience and a passion for skincare to deliver excellent customer service and education to our customers This is a 22 hours a week position on a part-time basis (4 days), based out of our BRAND NEW store in Gertrude St, Fitzroy **WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE** **Customer Experience**: - Greet all customers who enter the counter with enthusiasm and professionalism reflecting DECIEM’s vision - Determine the customer’s needs and suggest relevant products by listening to the customer and sharing the product knowledge acquired during brand training - Encourage demonstrations with customers and provide personalized skincare consultations while still educating - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service - Assist in identifying opportunities within the store and possible solutions - Manage customer feedback and queries **Store Presentation and Merchandising**: - Assist in maintaining counter standards of cleanliness and organization - Be aware of and assist in maintaining DECIEM’s merchandising concepts - Ensure tidiness standards are respected and maintained at all times **Operations**: - Operate POS and complete transactions accurately and efficiently - Communicate inventory issues/concerns to Counter Manager and/or Area Sales Manager - Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures (eg. loss prevention, safety standards, returns) **SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE** - 1 year of retail/customer service industry experience - Love of beauty products and a passion for skincare. - Ability to multi-task, while providing professional and outstanding customer service - Desire to thrive working in a team environment - Effective time management, problem-solving and communication skills - Flexible availability - Consistent and reliable attendance **WHAT YOU’LL BE GAINING BY JOINING OUR TEAM** - There’s a lot of good stuff that comes along with being a DECIEM team member.
