Telecommunications - Technician/rigger

Your daily duties will involve but not be limited to:

- Upgrading and modifying existing wireless telecommunications sites.
- Installation of wireless network equipment. Including 4G/5G base stations, hybrid feeder systems, fibre and microwave transmission, fibre optics, DC power systems, and site integrations.
- Test and commission all relevant equipment, including RF call testing.
- Read and interpret drawings, design documentation, product and client specifications.
- Assist the Rigging team where necessary.
- Ensure high quality workmanship while maintaining company standards, maintenance service reports, relevant safety and compliance documentation.

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience as a Telecommunications Technician.
- Certificate, Diploma or Degree in telecommunications or electrical engineering highly regarded.
- Proficient in sweep testing, PIM testing, optical power testing.
- Safe working attitude.
- Construction White Card.
- Current Australian Driver’s License.
- Working at heights and elevated work platform tickets (desirable).
- Senior First Aid/ CPR (desirable).

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
