**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing invaluable assistance to clients in their homes, assisting with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and attending medical appointments. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals in need of support and care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with daily tasks including meal preparation, household chores, and personal care as needed.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and provide support during visits.
- Foster a supportive and nurturing environment that promotes independence and dignity for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and report any concerns or changes in client condition to appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with other members of the care team to ensure the holistic well-being of clients.
- Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure the highest standards of care and safety.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $40.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 30 per week

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Blue Card (required)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)
