We are seeking for a **Telemarketer**that is responsible for identifying key decision-makers, conducting market research, and setting qualified appointments for our Business Development and Sales teams. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication and research skills, who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Research and identify potential clients exhibiting at major trade shows and expos.
- Build and maintain prospect lists using online directories, exhibitor lists, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify leads based on criteria provided by the Sales team.
- Book appointments with decision-makers and update CRM (HubSpot or similar).
- Collaborate with the Head of Lead Generation and Marketing team to align messaging.
- Track and report on weekly performance metrics (calls made, appointments booked, etc.).

**What You’ll Bring**
- Proven experience in telemarketing, cold calling, appointment setting, or lead generation (B2B preferred).
- Excellent research skills - able to independently source and verify lead information.
- Strong communication skills - clear, engaging, and persuasive.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot or similar).
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Experience in the exhibitions, events, or marketing industry is a plus (but not essential).

Expo Centric Highlights:
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
