We are looking for a passionate and experienced Pet Grooming Store Manager to lead our team and continue providing exceptional service to our customers.

**Job Overview**:
As the Pet Grooming Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our grooming salon, ensuring smooth store management, excellent customer service, and effective inventory control. You will work closely with the team to ensure that our grooming services meet the highest standards and that customer preferences are accurately met.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Communication**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive experience for every pet and owner.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns, offering expert advice and recommendations on grooming needs.
- Maintain accurate customer records, including preferences and special requirements for each pet.
- **Customer Preference Management**:

- Track and understand customer preferences to ensure repeat clients are satisfied with each grooming session.
- Tailor grooming services to meet the specific needs of individual pets based on previous interactions and client feedback.
- **Store Management**:

- Oversee daily store operations, including scheduling appointments, managing staff, and ensuring the grooming area is clean, organized, and safe for pets.
- Maintain a positive and efficient work environment for the team, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Monitor and improve operational procedures for enhanced service quality.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Manage inventory levels for grooming products and supplies, ensuring all items are stocked and well-maintained.
- Coordinate with suppliers to place orders, ensuring timely delivery of products and materials.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and support grooming staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
- Ensure that all team members adhere to safety and grooming standards, maintaining a high level of service.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience working in the pet grooming industry is required.
- Previous experience in a pet grooming management role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences.
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Passion for animals and their well-being.
